Utopia is committed to customer satisfaction and quality materials. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days of purchase.

RETURNS

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, please return it within 30 days of purchase. Please return items purchased in their original packaging materials with the invoice slip included. Items must be returned in unworn, saleable condition. Refunds to Store Credit are available for the original price paid and associated tax. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

INCORRECT ITEM

DAMAGED ITEM

Items that are damaged need to be shipped back in original packaging with the invoice within 14 days of receiving the defective item. We will be happy to replace the item for you. If a replacement is not possible you will be fully refunded in the same method of original payment. You may choose to return an item or request a replacement.

FINAL SALE

If a Product is a Final Sale, no returns will be accepted.
